K12 Tungsten Carbide Bar Introduction
K12 tungsten carbide bar hardness of not less than 91.5HRA, has good wear resistance and stiffness. Mainly by the use of tungsten carbide bar and cobalt powder metallurgy method by mixing flour, milling, pressing, sintering, and has good abrasion resistance and flexural strength. Flexural strength of not less than 1900N/mm², density is about 14.9g/cm³, tungsten carbide bar in an amount in the range of 90% to 96%, the cobalt content is between 4% and 7%, the titanium content in the 0 % to 1% plus or minus, containing tantalum content from 0% to 2% range. The main components of tungsten carbide bar and cobalt alloys, using a very broad range, ingredients for different purposes in the long carbide tungsten carbide bar and cobalt are not consistent.
