K10 Tungsten Carbide Bar Introduction
K10 tungsten carbide bar hardness of not less than 91.5HRA, flexural strength of not less than 1400N/mm ², density 14.6g/cm³ into 15.0g/cm³ range. Mainly by the use of tungsten carbide bar and cobalt powder metallurgy method by mixing flour, milling, pressing, sintering, and has good abrasion resistance and flexural strength. Tungsten carbide bar in an amount in the range of 84% to 90%, the cobalt content is between 4% and 7%, the amount of titanium contained in the 0% to 1% plus or minus, tantalum amount ranging from 0% to 2% . It uses a very broad range, mainly composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt alloys, different uses of the ingredients in the long carbide tungsten carbide bar and cobalt are not consistent.
