What is Tungsten Carbide Forging Die?

Tungsten carbide forging die is used for hot metal forging in forming mold. When forging, blanks have to go through many deformations until they finally can be forged. This requires that there are few cavities engraved in a module, and metal is put respectively in each cavity, followed by the plastic flow into cavity and finally, filled cavities form forgings. In forging forming process, it is very difficult for blanks to equal with the end forging cavity volume, so in order to avoid waste; we can use larger selection of blanks. In the final forging die, above, below the mode surface of the cavity, there will be burrs tank, set up for four weeks, so that it can store the excess metal from the cut our molding burrs. In order to facilitate the flow of metal and plastic filling, reduce mold wear and cracking and improve die durability, the mold cavity sharp corners and deep grooves should be minimized.
