Use Different Hardness Tungsten Carbide Drill

Use different hardness tungsten carbide drill:

1.YG3X (K01) ≥ 91.5HRA hardness of tungsten-cobalt alloy in the best wear resistance, but poor impact toughness, suitable for cast iron and non-ferrous alloys, broken fire steel, alloy steel small section of high-speed finishing.
2.YG3 (K05) hardness ≥ 90.5HRA wear after YG3X, more sensitive to shock and vibration, nonferrous metals and alloys for cast iron continuous cutting of fine cars and a half fine cars, fine threading and reaming
3.YG6A (K10) is a fine-grained hardness ≥ 91.5HRA alloy, wear resistance, suitable for chilled cast iron, nonferrous metals and alloys semi-finishing, also suitable for broken fire steel alloy semi-finishing and finishing.
4.YG6 (K15K20) high hardness ≥ 90HRA wear resistance, but less than YG3, shock and vibration is better than YG3X. For cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, non-metallic materials at medium cutting speed semi-finishing and finishing.
5.YG8 (K30) high hardness ≥ 89.5HRA use strength, impact resistance, shock resistance compared YG6 good, but low wear resistance and allow the cutting speed. For cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, non-metallic materials low roughing.
