Tungsten Carbide Drill Ductility

Tungsten carbide drill friction heat generated can soften the workpiece material is malleable, ductile enough to make such a tungsten carbide drill to drill into the workpiece material and forming a ring around the neck and the deep bush. Thickness of the workpiece material is located just above the surface of the neck ring and the liner located below the surface of the total thickness of 1/3. Increasing the thickness of the workpiece material to provide bearing support for the cemented carbide, or the like used in the cemented carbide threading tap bearing. No debris from drilling process is suitable for processing a wall thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 12.5 mm low carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass and various other materials having ductility of the workpiece.
