Cemented Carbide Milling Cutter Anomalies and Countermeasures

Cemented carbide miling cutter is a number with multiple rotary cutter knives, cemented carbide milling cutter is used. At work, each tooth cemented carbide cutter in order to intermittently cut margin of the workpiece. Carbide cutter is mainly used for processing flat, level, groove on the milling, shaping the surface of the workpiece and the cutting and so on. If chipping occurs because the feed is too high, then the solution should reduce the amount of feed; if chipping occurs because the milling (cut up), then the solution should climb milling (cutting down).
