Keyway cemented carbide milling cutter introduction

Mainly used for processing round closed keyway. There are two cutters, the cylinder surface and the end surface has a cutting edge, the end face cutting edge until center, working along the axis of the feed movement. According to national standards, d = 2 ~ 22mm, straight shank keyway cemented carbide milling cutter taper shank keyway milling cutter diameter d = 14 ~~ 50mm. The keyway cutter diameter precision grade e8 and d8 are usually processed separately the H9 and N9 keyway. The peripheral cutting edge of the keyway cutter wear occurs close to the end face of the short length only. The regrinding simply grinding the face cutting edge cutter diameter unchanged.
