Cemented carbide counterbore drills are used for the
premachining reamer used as a hinge or in front of the grinding hole,
such as
drilling, casting hole, forging hole and punching expand.Compared with
drills, cemented carbide reamers have the following characteristics:
(1) Cemented carbide reamers are used to expand the
existing hole, and therefore the cutting edge does not need to extend
to the center, no chisel edge, to avoid the adverse impact of the chisel
edge of the chips.
(2) The reaming margin is relatively small, shallow chip flutes large thickness center of drills
, the high strength of the cutter body, good rigidity, the larger the amount of feed and the cutting can be employed.
(3) Cemented carbide reamers have many teeth. Generally they have 3 to 4 cutters, the oriented is good and cutting smooth.
