M20 Tungsten Carbide Burrs Introduction

M20 tungsten carbide burrs hardness of not less than 90.5HRA, density 12.4g/cm ³ into 13.5g/cm ³ range, mainly used in heat-resistant steel, high manganese steel, stainless steel and high alloy steel and other special steels difficult to machine finishing, semi-finishing, processing ordinary steel and cast iron. Flexural strength of not less than 1350Mpa, containing tungsten in an amount within the range of 78% to 94%, containing ~ 5% cobalt plus or minus 11%, the amount of titanium containing between 2% and 10%, tantalum content 0-10% range. M20 rotary burrs basically replaces small emery wheels, and no dust pollution. Carbide rotary file processing efficiency improved several times over hand tools, increased nearly tenfold than small emery wheels.
