YT, YW Class Grades of Tungsten Carbide Cutting Tools for Machining Applications

YT14 tungsten carbide cutting tools is used for processing carbon steel and alloy steel processing materials, mainly for uneven roughing section and continuous cutting and interrupted cutting of semi-fine cars and fine cars; continuous surface roughing cast expansion of drilling holes and rough diamond; Carbide YT15 is used to process carbon steel, alloy steel (including forgings, stampings and castings epidermis), mainly for roughing uneven sections and interrupted cutting, rough planing, semi-refined planing, rough milling and drilling discontinuities. YW belong carbide alloy steel and cast iron machining range of materials, belonging to the alloy steel and cast iron carbide material category has four grades. They are YW1, YW2, YW3 and YW4. YW1 which is used to process steel, alloy steel and cast iron, can withstand a certain degree of shock loading versatility better. YW2 and YW1 same, also used to process steel, alloy steel and cast iron.

The difference is that with YW1 , YW2 mainly used in heat-resistant steel , high manganese steel, stainless steel and high alloy steels difficult to machine , such as roughing and semi-finishing . YW3 is used to process heat-resistant alloy , high-strength low-alloy and alloy steel, finishing and semi-finishing , roughing can be used as a small impact situations. YW4 is used for processing carbon steel , alloy steel, quenched and tempered steel and heat-resistant stainless steel , thus requiring YW4 must have good heat resistance and high temperature bonding ability , versatility is better.
