The Advantage of Tungsten Carbide Nozzle

The manufacturing process of tungsten carbide nozzle is much more complex then metal nozzle. Therefore the cost will be relatively high, but have a longer service life under the same conditions. Since tungsten carbide have the higher strength and toughness, and also good thermal conductivity, so it has a higher hardness then metal material and the erision rate is much smaller then metal nozzles, the anti-erosion performance will be better then metal nozzle.
